A Cameroonian IT company built on doing the job properly.
Since 2018 we have helped hospitals, businesses, schools and institutions put technology to work, from the first computer to systems that run an entire hospital.
Our story
Cross Air Link started in 2018 with a simple idea: organisations in Cameroon deserve IT that is dependable, well supported and designed for the conditions they actually work in.
From our base at Mutengene Market on the Buea Road, we began by supplying and repairing computers for local businesses and families. As clients trusted us with more, we added networking, security systems and support contracts, and our software team began building the systems our clients kept asking for.
The most important of these is Cross EHR, our electronic health records and hospital management system. It now runs daily in major health facilities in Cameroon, where it connects departments, protects patient information and helps management run the hospital on accurate data.
Today we are one team covering hardware, networks, software and support, which means our clients have a single partner who understands their whole setup and takes responsibility for it.
Our mission
To connect organisations to reliable technology, from equipment and networks to software and support, so they can serve their people better.
Our vision
To be Central Africa's most trusted partner for health and business technology, known for systems that simply work.
What we stand for
Integrity
We recommend what you need, quote honestly and keep our word.
Excellence
We hold our work to the standard a hospital depends on, whatever the job.
Partnership
We measure success by how well your systems serve your people over the years.
Practical innovation
We use technology that solves real problems in local conditions, not technology for its own sake.
Responsiveness
When something stops working, we answer and act quickly.
The people behind the work
Software engineers, technicians and support staff who know your systems by name.
