Service providers

We use trusted providers to run this website and deliver messages: our website is hosted by Cloudflare, form submissions are delivered to our email by Web3Forms, and our email is provided by Google. They process information only to provide their service to us.

Data held in our software

When we install or support systems such as Cross EHR for a client, the client remains responsible for the data in that system. We access it only as needed to provide support, under the client's instructions, and we keep it confidential.

How long we keep information

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and client records for as long as required by law and our contractual obligations.

Security

We protect personal information with appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) on this website and restricted access within our team.

Your rights

You may ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to stop contacting you, subject to applicable law in Cameroon. Contact us using the details below.
