These terms apply to your use of crossairlink.org and to enquiries, quotes and orders made through it. Separate written agreements apply to software licences, support contracts and projects, and take precedence where they differ.

Website content

We work to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date, but it is provided for general information. Product availability, specifications and prices are confirmed only in a written quote or invoice.

Quotes and orders

• Quotes are valid for the period stated on them. Prices of imported equipment may change with supplier prices and exchange rates.
• An order is confirmed when we accept it in writing (including by WhatsApp or email) and any agreed deposit is received.
• Delivery and installation dates are estimates and will be confirmed with you.

Warranty and returns

New equipment carries the manufacturer's warranty where applicable, as stated on your invoice. Warranty does not cover damage from power surges, liquids, drops, unauthorised repairs or misuse. Please inspect items when you receive them and report any problem promptly.

Repairs

We provide a diagnosis and cost before carrying out repairs. Devices not collected within 60 days of notification that the repair is complete may be disposed of, after reasonable attempts to contact you.

Intellectual property

The Cross Air Link name, logo, Cross EHR and the content of this website belong to Cross Air Link. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the laws of Cameroon.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cameroon.
